You will play a key role in managing notifiable incident and injury management practices, whilst managing a portfolio of workers compensation claims using best practice and early intervention case management principles. You will manage various employee insurance policies such as Workers Compensation, Salary Continuance and Life Insurance, with a regulatory change lens and drive improvements based on insights identified.
In addition, you will provide analysis, specialist knowledge and advice on current trends, research, and evidence to evolve internal WHS frameworks and procedures, including those pertaining to psychosocial risk. You will manage reporting and governance activities, including reviewing, analysing, and developing both internal and external compliance and regulatory reports.
